Welcome to Jefferson Jazz Jammers!
Where: Charlottesville Jazz Jam Sessions take place at Jefferson Heights, 1550 Pantops Mountain Place, Charlottesville, VA. (Just south of Westminster-Canterbury, on the right after you turn in from Route 250: click here for a map.)
When: Every 2nd & 4th Thursday, 7 - 10 PM.
Who: All musicians are welcome, from students to professionals.
What: All instruments & all jazz styles: Dixieland Jazz, Swing, Cool Jazz, Mainstream Jazz, Latin Jazz, Bebop, Fusion, etc.
How: Join in with the Jefferson Jazz Jammers of Charlottesville in central Virginia and play jazz just for fun in a friendly & informal atmosphere where mistakes are not only expected but required!
