Jazz in the Dark!
Seven dedicated jammers braved Charlottesville’s gridlock traffic, failed traffic lights and the aftermath of one of the fiercest summer storms to make it to Jefferson Heights last night. JH was without power like most of Charlottesville so we had an acoustic jam session and in true JJJ tradition it went rather well.
We had to cut the session short when we started running out of daylight and as the JH AC system was inoperative it was starting to get a little sticky! We all had fun though and a big thanks to all of you for attending.
Next jam session is on Thursday July 8th followed by the Dixieland jam session on Wednesday July 14th. Mark your calendars! See you there.
